At Luvant (Pty) Ltd, we value your privacy as much as you do. Your engagement with this website and related mobi sites is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions. The policy describes the personal information that we need to gather at www.luvant.co.za (“this site”), how we may use it, and with whom we may share it. Our Privacy Policy also describes the security measures that we take to protect your information as well as how you may reach us to update your information, remove yourself from our mailing list, or ask us any questions about our use of your personal information. It also explains how to stop receiving communications about our products and services should you wish to.
As the owner and operator of www.luvant.co.za, Luvant (Pty) Ltd may need to collect, store, and use information about our users. We recognize the importance of protecting your personal information and respect the privacy of the users of our site. By using the website and/or mobi sites and registering on the website and/or mobi sites, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions.
All contents of the website and/or mobi site are protected by the governing law of the Republic of South Africa. All content including the website and/or mobi site remains the property of Luvant (Pty) Ltd.

Use of Personally Identifiable Information
You may choose to provide us with personal information when visiting our site. For example, if you decide to complete a user registration form or complete an online survey, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your contact information – name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number. If you would prefer that we not collect any personally identifiable information from you, please do not provide us with any such information. Should any of the user's personal information change, Luvant (Pty) Ltd must be informed thereof within a reasonable time. All personal information will not be provided to any third party without the consent of the user except in the event that Luvant (Pty) Ltd is obliged by applicable law. Luvant (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible or liable for any damages suffered as a result of any negligence of the user by disclosing personal information to any third parties.
Communications to Serve You
If you have elected to provide us with your contact information, e.g., by registering at this site, emailing our Customer Service department, or placing an order, we may provide you with service-related announcements concerning this site or contact you regarding your customer service requests or your order. For example, all registered users will receive a welcoming email to confirm their registration. We may also contact you to respond to product questions or concerns that you may express. These types of communications are necessary to serve you, respond to your concerns, and to provide the high level of customer service that we offer our customers.
Opt-In Communications
In addition to the essential service-related announcements that we will send you as described above, if you opt-in during the Luvant (Pty) Ltd registration process or at other times when you submit personally identifiable information, the information you provide may be used to create and deliver to you our newsletters, surveys, or other communications containing product and event information, fashion tips, or promotions (“Opt-In Communications”). For example, we may look at what you have previously ordered in an attempt to tell you about promotions that will be of particular interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such Opt-In Communications, please do not opt-in to receive these communications or, if you are giving us your details when placing an order, please opt-out when given the opportunity to do so. If you do opt-in (or if you do not opt-out when placing an order) and later decide that you would no longer like to receive these communications, see the “Your Choices” Section below.

In addition, in some instances, you may be offered the opportunity to consent to the sharing of your information with a third party such as an event or promotion co-sponsor. If you consent, we will share your information with such third party, and the information you provide may be used by such third party for their own purposes and in accordance with their own policies.
Business Transfers
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell certain of our assets. In such transactions, user information, including personal information, generally is one of the transferred business assets, and by submitting your personal information on this site, you agree that your data may be transferred to such parties in these circumstances. You may choose not to have your information transferred as a business asset by contacting us as described in the “Your Choices” Section.
